About Us
The International Conference on After Death Communication was started by noted authors, bereaved parents and business people to meet the need of those seeking information about the afterlife and how to communicate with loved ones who have died. We do this in a credible way to bring understanding, comfort and healing to the bereaved as well as those seeking a greater understanding of death and consciousness after death. The latest research brings a greater understanding of what happens to loved ones who die – specifically that the consciousness, while in the physical body, continues after the death of the physical form. These findings confirm the continuity of life and are a soothing balm to assuage the grief of the bereaved. Conference Features
Our Founders
Herb Puryear, Ph.D.
Herb is a clinical psychologist, written about as one of the world’s foremost authorities on Edgar Cayce and author of eight books, including the landmark bestseller, The Edgar Cayce Primer. Herb is co-founder of The Logos Center, sponsor of the conference. Logos is a spiritual, holistic and educational community.
Rev. Anne Puryear
Anne is a therapist, minister and author of Stephen Lives!, the story of her teenage son’s suicide and afterlife and her on-going communications with him. She is also the author of Messages From God, her conversations with God continuing since childhood. Anne is co-founder of The Logos Center with her husband Herb.
Mark Ireland
Mark is the author of Soul Shift: Finding Where The Dead Go, the story of his search for answers to deep questions, and personal experiences following the death of his youngest son, Brandon. Mark also recently released the previously unpublished, Your Psychic Potential: A Guide To Psychic Development, authored by his deceased father, world renowned psychic Richard Ireland.
Jane Katra, Ph.D.
Jane is an author, teacher, researcher and spiritual healer. She is the co-author with physicist Russell Targ of the books Miracles of Mind: Exploring Nonlocal Consciousness and Spiritual Healing and The Heart of the Mind. Her work has been featured in the book Reinventing Medicine by Larry Dossey, and in Science of Mind, Natural Health, Alternative Therapies, New Dimensions, Spirituality and Health and Noetic Sciences Review.
Bill Roberts
Bill Roberts is a founding board member and ordained minister at The Logos Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bill has 25 years IT management experience in a hi-tech environment specializing in electronic messaging, business processes and application programming. He retired from Intel Corporation in 1992 and has since developed and installed computer programs for medical, university and scientific applications. Bill is a freelance producer of training and promotional videos. Bill holds an Organizational Management Certification from the ASU Nonprofit Management Institute.

Lois Enochs
As a former Department of Defense employee, Lois received several promotions, was awarded an Air Force Commendation Medal, the Inspector General’s Professional Performer Award, and was hand picked for an assignment in Europe. After twenty-one years of federal service, she entered the private sector where she: contributed significantly in the rapid expansion of a well-known retail chain; identified large monthly savings for a major healthcare organization; and helped launch a U.S. sales and distribution location for a German company where she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Administration. Now, the author of Miracles Only Come in One Size, she is dedicated to assisting others with spiritual understanding and applying its creative power to every day life.

Krystalyn Jade Digioia will be the official photographer at the Conference. Krystalyn studied under world-famous photographer Chris Barr and now does individual and fashion shoots throughout the U.S. and Europe. Roberta Grimes had an experience of light in childhood which led her to spend the next half-century studying nearly 200 years of abundant and consistent afterlife evidence. Bill Guggenheim and his former wife, Judy Guggenheim, conducted seven years of research on After-Death Communication (ADC) for their best-selling book, Hello From Heaven! During this time they interviewed 2,000 people and collected more than 3,300 firsthand accounts of ADC experiences. Bill is on the Board of Advisors of the International Association for Near-Death Studies (IANDS) and is a member of the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC). |

Dr. Turner has a medical and an engineering physics degree from Ohio State University. He completed his internship year in general surgery and his first year neurosurgical residency at Ohio State University. He completed the remaining four years of neurosurgical training at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. For over 20 years he served as the sole neurosurgeon on the island of Hawaii.
